Output to image file

Using Access 97, how can I output a report to some common image format.
I have a certain layout that I need to keep, and I dont want to change the
appearance just so I can email this particular report.

Half the problem when I export to RTF or HTML is that all the formatting
goes out the window, labels and fields dont display properly, the font
changes of its own accord and it doesnt output lines, checkboxes or graphics
of any sort. I cant screenshot either because the report doesnt fit on the
screen (takes a full A4 page).

Any suggestions would be welcome.

What do you mean by "output a report?" If you are sending a report
(e-mailing) you should sned it as a Snapshot. This will maintain the
formatting. The snapshot viewer is a free download from MS for those
recipients without Access and can be found here:
