Outputto Action and codepage in 2003

The outputto action in access 2003 exports data in a different codepage than
in 2002.
That causes a problem when printing greek invoices. I must use an alternate
utility to convert to 437 greek so I can then print it. Is there a registry
entry or something that fix this ?
