Outside eMail Forwarding

We have an exchange server setup that forwards email to our out side
reps hotmail or other accounts. Any one internally can select a mail
account and it forwards fine. When an external email is sent to our
domain and to an address that has a forward forward, it does not
forward.

Any thoughts?
