outside of print area

I have Word 2003. When I use the mailings tool to create an envelope, at the
time of printing I get an error saying the print is outside the print area
and my envelope comes out blank. Other Word 2003 users can successfully print
envelopes to the same printer so it must not be the print driver. When I'm
typing in the predefined address box how can it be outside the print area?!?
I don't have problems printing any other document type.

To investigate this, click the Add to Document button instead of the Print
button in the Envelope dialog. Then look at the locations of the return address
and the main address, which are determined by styles in the Normal.dot template.
Your styles may have become redefined to position one or the other too close to
the edge of the envelope.

An alternative is to create templates for envelopes and stop using the Envelopes
wizard. See http://www.gmayor.com/changing_envelope_layout.htm for procedures.
