oval picture

How can I change a picture (photo) from rectangular to oval or round?
I know I have done this before with Word by I CANNOT remember how I did it,
and I can't find out how to do it! Help!

Draw an oval or circle autoshape. Use the Fill Effects option to fill
the autoshape with your picture.
