Hi all,
I opened all of the projects to which I am assigned as a resource
attempting to level resources. Project shows that on 3/22 I'm
overallocated. So I look at the work on 3/22 and see that it only has
me down for 2.8 hours of work. I've checked the working time and I'm
here all day and that's nowhere near the 70% limit of allocation I've
set (i.e., I consider resources fully allocated at 70% becuase everyone
else has secondary duties that must be performed). I can't figure out
why Project thinks I'm overallocated for that day. Any ideas?
