Overflow error while calling Publish It with MS Work feature

Hello, I have an Access 97 application that I get an Overflow error when from
a report with a sub-report I use the Publish It with MS Word feature. This
report has existed for some time. If I remove some of the rows in the
sub-report it will work. Any clue how to debug/fix this issue further?
