Overhead drops colors

Anybody have a suggestion as to why the Powerpoint presentation looks
great on monitor, but when put on overhead some of the colors are
dropped.

It could a photo or graphic. Just seems to drop colors.

I think you should clarify what you mean by overhead !

You mean you print out a transparency and use an overhead
projector?

Surely you dont mean you use an ovehead projector with an
LCD tablet?

Thank you, Gary...I'll find out what my daughter meant when she said
"overhead." I am trying to help her with her semester-end project and
neither of us has used Powerpoint previously.
