overlay mode

Is the new Overlay mode feature of Outlook 2007 available in versions
installed in Mobile phones such as blackberries or other PDA phones? If it is
then does it work similar to normal outlook 2007?

Please get back to me ASAP!!

No, the calendar client installed on phones is not Outlook, although some
use the Outlook name.
