Overlay one form on top of another?

Is it possible to control the positioning of forms such that one form opens
on top of another and is positioned relative to the underlying form? I
understand there is nothing to prevent a user from resizing or dragging the
forms but that does not matter, I'm just concerned about the initial
positioning.

Do a search in the "Programming" section of the newsgroups for Access and
search for "form position options" There is a good option there.

I'm not sure where you mean, there is no 'programming' forum for Access on
MSDN?
