Override security so links in email can be accessed?

I have Office 2007. I cannot access any links in emails and I need to do so.
How can I override this security feature?

And what happens when you DO click on links in e-mails? What is the
error message? What happens?

Is this the 'restrictions in effect' error message? This is a problem with
IE, its not an Outlook error. You need to reset your internet settings in
IE's Tools, Internet Options, Advanced tab. (Or Control panel, Internet
options, Advanced tab).
