Overtime calculation

I have an overtime calculation, however I need it to round to the nearest
quarter...Currently it reads: =sum(N16/2). What needs to be added or
changed and added.

I assume you mean quarter dollar not hour?

=ROUND(sum(N16/2)*4,0)/4

Okay, then try

=ROUND(sum(N16/2)*24*4,0)/4/24

Bob you are a gem, maybe you can assist me in taking this one step
further...I want it to round up or down, dependant on which quarter has a
closer proximity.
