Overtime row in timesheet

D

dave

We don't have overtime here because we are all exempt
employees.

Even though I do not have any overtime fields in the
timesheet, there is a view option to display an overtime
row. Look at the view options for the timesheet. There
is a check box to "show overtime work". That opens a row
in the timsheet and allows me to enter a value.

I only want to enter time in the actual work field. It
seems that someone could open up that row and enter data
that could mess up some reports.

Any idea? Thanks..........dave

How many people have done that so far? Many of my clients who want to
collect overtime separately express frustration because they can't get their
resources to click the option so they can enter it that way.<g> It would be
nice if we could lock these down in Administration, but it's not possible in
this version.
