Overwrite Mode

Hello,

When using Word or Outlook the overwrite mode comes on and you can't
turn it off by hitting the Insert button on the keyboard. Don't know
how it gets turned on. Very annoying. Must shutdown program and
reboot in order to stop the overwrite.

Please advise.
