Hi
This was also posted in
microsoft.public.sharepoint.windowsservices.development but with no replys.
So I figured someone I might get lucky to post it here, even though it's not
100% Project Server related.
Just for reference: I'm interested in an automated solution, since I'm able
to solve this manually by assigning a project to a self-made WSS site.
---
I've created a customized template for use in my future projects on Project
Server 2003 integrated with WSS 2.0, but I don't know how to
overwrite/replace the default template with my own customized template.
It's available from the Central Template Gallery, so I'm able to use it if I
create a new top-site manually. The problem is that when a new Project
Server site is created it's done automatically with the default template and
I'm therefore not able to use my own template...
I can see the the ID of the default Project template is 6215 and name PWA,
but I don't know how to use this information to overwrite the template.
That information was found in the file "webtempp.xml" located in "Program
Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server
extensions\60\TEMPLATE\1033\XML"
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks!
Kasper
