overwritten file

I accidently overwrite my Ms Word file (80 -100 pages)
with the same name to a blank page

Please help to recover it

Unless you have a backup of the document, it is most probably lost forever.
There are some undelete utilities (Norton Disk Doctor has one), but they
rely on nothing having overwritten the disk segment before running undelete.
