OWA - "Access Denied." Help!!

When trying to log in to OWA, several sales people in the field and some can
get in no problem while others get access denied when trying to log in.
All of the users were setup exactly the same at the same time. I have tried
from different places with the same effect using the admin account, at some
places I can get in, others I can't. I have tried adding the domain to the
trusted sites in IE but this does not work.

Any Ideas?
