OWA and auto-refresh?

Is there nothing in OWA that performs an "auto-refresh"?
I use OWA when I work from home, so that I can monitor my office email.
The pain of this is that I have to manually refresh the Inbox in order
to catch new mails throughout the day. It seems like a no-brainer that
some sort of auto-refresh should have been built into OWA, much in the
way a webpage with a live cam auto refreshes at set intervals. Or is
this something lacking in OWA on Mac browsers?

I haven't seen any Web mail interface that does auto-refresh.

Pity it is not an option.
