OWA and downloading messages?

Hello!

This is my first time to this newsgroup, and I am
wondering if it is possible to save or download all my
messages from Outlook Web Access to some permanent form.
I just graduated and my university is going to cut off my
account so I will no longer have access to that email,
but I don't want to lose those messages (or save each
message individually to some .doc form or something).

I have never used Outlook as a desktop form so all my
40MB-worth of messages are on that web form, and I don't
know how to save these messages in one fell swoop (or if
it is even possible).

Does anyone know if this is possible, and how?

THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Sincerely,
Renee

you must connect to the Exchange server via OUTLOOK and
synchronize EVERYTHING locally. Once you do that you can
export all that info into a PST file. (You actually can
export directly into a PST file without syncing first if
you choose)

The big challenge is whether your university will allow
you to do that...

Once the date is exported to a PST file, any Outlook
installation can access it.

Good luck.

Matt -

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR REPLYING!!

I know I am going to sound dumb, but I will ask since I
don't know . . .when you say "connect to the Exchange
server via Outlook", I assume that means add all my info
(like the POP stuff or IMAP stuff) into my Desktop
Outlook and synchronize. But when you say "locally",
what does that mean?

Sorry I am totally dumb. Thank you so much for being so
helpful!
