OWA - cannot reply to emails

Server is NT40 Running Exchange 5.5

Using Outlook Web Access, no matter what message is opened, when you click
the reply icon, nothing happens. The same happens with the "reply all" and
the "forwarding" options.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
