One of the people I work with find that when they open an attachment using
OWA, upon closing the attachment they receive a certificate message:
Client Authentication
Identification
The Web site you want to view requests identification. Select the
certificate to use when connecting.
That is followed by an empty box with a More Info button or View
Certification button (the VC button is grayed out).
OK and Cancel are the options
Pressing OK doesn't solve the problem and this does not occur using the
Outlook desktop client.
