owa display problem

Today we installed Active Perl for some of our web sites
and set the .pl and .plx extentions inthe default website
and the virtual web sites, but now Outlook Web Access will
not longer display a user interface after a user logs in
and is authenticated. What can I do to restore the
outlook 2003 user interface as opposed to the "ftp" look
via Windows Explorer?

any help would be most appreciated.
