OWA does not include original text

Hello Everyone!
When a user hits either forward or reply from her pc using OWA, the
original text is never included. At first I thought she was doing that
manually. But she is not. She is the only person this is happening to
in our office....
Any suggestions will be appreciated!

Since OWA is part of Exchange, a better place for your question is
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.exchange.admin or
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.exchange.misc or
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.exchange.setup
