OWA login

Hi,
i have a generic username that users login and they have an email account
for that username
but users wishes to check their own emails while logged in. I've tried
setting up a OWA shortcut and when
the tries to login a login window pops up and when the user enters their
login details
it doesn't open OWA. is this a conflict.the login window just stays there. i
realise there is a way for the
user to set-up their mailbox in the outlook but that is time consuming and
the user
might forget to close the mailbox when not using the pc.

any help would be great!
