OWA + more than 8 letters alias name

Recently I have experienced that users whoes email account has more than 8
letters have problem using OWA with error message of "HTTP/1.0 403
Forbidden". Users with less or equal to 8 letters have no problem at all.
My server is Exchange 2003 (native mode).
