OWA problem

The users in our organization can't delete emails when
they connect to the exchange server via OWA. These emails
are always mass emails that have also been giving us
problems when using outlook 2000 but can be deleted with
the preview pane turned off.Some of our users can only
access thier email via OWA and can't get rid of these
problem emails. Has anyone else run in to this problem and
foung the solution??

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to the
Swen virus, all e-mails sent to my actual account will be deleted w/out
reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer

This is my first time using Microsoft Newsgroup.. I don't
se an Exchange group in the list.. Would you be so kind
