OWC 11 Version Number

After OWC 11 is installed (by downloading the owc11 exe from
Microsoft) what will the version number of the OWC widget be? When I
select "About" on an OWC widget, the version number is still
10.0.0.x....

Does this indicate that the system is still using OWC 10?
