OWC licensing

Hi guys,

Could someone who get clear with OWC licensing help me to decide if it is
needed to buy a license for web server providing that I do not perform any
server activity with OWC. Only client workstations within intranet will work
with it (including interactivity, one more thing to say is that they all have
Office licenses). I'm going to use spreadsheet from OWC.
