OWC9.0 version restricted on Windows XP SP 3

We have been using Office Web Components 9.0 (Spreadsheet, Chart, Pivot
tables...) verion for our Intranet application. It works on Windows Server
2003 (all Service Packs), Windows XP SP1 and SP2. Recently, We updated our
client PCs with Windows XP SP 3. It stopped working after installed XP
Service Pack 3. But, OWC 10 and OWC 11 working without any issues on XP SP3.
It seems to be restricted or blocked on Windows XP SP3. Later, I went through
the registery i found persmission as Restricted for OWC9.0 CLSIDs. Why its
being restricted on this service pack. While i tring add components to design
page on Interdev it gives err 'Object failed to load' Please assist me to
over come this problem.

Uninstall and re-install - that should unblock it, or you would have to
remove the kill-bit on CLSID.

I am also facing the same issue. How can I remove the kill-bit on the CLSID
from the registry?
