I did a new fresh installation of Windows 98 S.E. only!
No Office at all! Nothing else than Windows 98 S.E.!
I just installed owc10.exe downloaded from Microsoft web site.
I did a stupid interactive excel worksheet with a simple
two cell's sum inside... and it's INTERACTIVE!
It's NOT READ-ONLY, as stated in the help itself and in kb:

Am I missing something?
Something in the license policy has changed?
Have I found any hidden trick, without knowing?
