OWC11.DLL in Office 2007

Is it possible to continue using the OWC11.DLL in Access 2007 without a
continual nag about the file? The DLL is deleted when Office is upgraded from
2003 to 2007 and creates a broken reference ito the DLL in the database so
that it no longer functions properly. Is it just a matter of copying the dll
file to its previous Office 2003 location, recreating the reference in the
VBE and registering it with Regsvr32?
Thank you in advance for any advice.

I'd sure give it a try the only pitfall might be that there is a newer
version of the file available...

Are you really using that DLL? Office Web Components?
