Owner List in Project Details

If I select a project from the project web access, and select edit, I
can edit certain project details. One is the project Owner. Does
anyone know where that list of people come from and how I can add
others?

Jeff,

Ironically, I have exactly the same question as we are using a process of
the PMO creating projects, then re-assigning them to the PMs.

If anyone has the answer, I'd sure appreciate the information.
