I have to keep rebooting to stay on line for more than 20 - 40 minutes . The
above message appears sayiing that the application did not initialize
properly. How do I fix it? I am using Outlook 2003, updates are current,
computer is updated on virus protection, defrag, etc.
I need to be able to access my email & internet normally like I was doing
until a couple of weeks ago when this problem started.
