Hi All,
I am using Project 2003, and Office 2003. I have created a data
access page in Access 2003 that uses the Pivot Table web component.
It works great in Access, but when I try to deploy it in Project Web
Access and then try to access the new view, I get the following error:
"This page requires the Microsoft Office Web Components. See the
Microsoft Office web site for more information". Then I try
downloading the controls, but that doesn't seem to make a difference
either.
The question is, are the office web components (OWC) that Project
Server 2003 uses the same as the OWC that Office 2003 uses. It seems
like there must be some versioning problem here. When we open up the
access page directly through Internet Explorer (without going through
PWA), it displays properly. It seems like PWA is looking for a
specific version that is different than what IE is looking for?
Any ideas would be much appreciated! Thanks!
