P2007 Timesheets - already created

Users go to create a new time sheet, but upon single click get message
that timesheet has already been created for them.... but upon second
click, it will open up and show the timesheet view. thoughts,

I've seen this - often what happens is I have inadvertently (sp?)
clicked twice on the "Click to Create" link. I've never seen it cause
any problems beyond some minor user confusion.
