Any suggestions pls .. am running XP home with SP2.

Trying making a new folder on your desktop and name it Office 2007, then copy
the contents of the Office CD into that new folder. Run the setup file from
the office folder.

Hi
Thanks, have downloaded the installer clean up but do not understan
how this can help. I cannot install Office 2003, therefore cannot clea
it up. Office Pro XP works fine.

Your original post says you are trying to update 2003 and you are receiving
errors. The cleanup utility will cleanup installation files and allow you to
re-install Office 2003.

What you can also try to do also is to back up your files and uninstall your present Office . Then insert the Office 2003 upgrade and start the install. When it asks for a qualifying media then you put your Office XP in.
