P2k3 - Issues not found after migration

I migrated out server from P2k to P2k3 and several projects that Issues in STS did not get migrated. I performed the recommended steps as described in the P2k3 documentation for migrating the databases, but the issues are still not there. I can still see the issues in the old database, so if anyone knows on how I can easily extract or re-attach to the old database to pull out that information then that would be great.

Marc, I am having trouble with the STS-WSS migration, did you run
STSWiz.exe? And if so which option did you pick?
