[P7] Outlook Add-In URL duplicating (Go To Workspace button)

Everything works within Outlook, updating tasks is fine. However, when any
user clicks on the "Go To Workspace" button within the Outlook add-in then
the IE window opens but the URl looks like:
https://servername/https://servername/workspacename
It has the right workspace and if you cut out the first part then it open
the correct workspace and all works well. Thoughts?

Do the URLs work as expected from the PWA home page ?

When you publish a new project, what is the root url being used ?

Yes, they work fine from the PWA.

Interesting thought about the publishing project URL, when I looked, it is
publishing to the right (single URL) place.
