pack and go does not save to CDW

Hi My Powerpoint does not recognize my CD burner when I
try and save a packnGo presentation??? It shows drive a
and e and then the browse key but when I select drive G(
which is my burner) it gives an error message. Using Roxio
and firewalls but what's happening? Thanks

Hi,

The only time you should be associating a CD burner directly with
PowerPoint is if you are packaging a presentation to CD (Package to CD
feature), and you have both Windows XP and PowerPoint 2003. If you are
using Pack and Go, in other versions, you should not try to save or burn
directly to CD. It is best to save to a folder, or Pack and Go to a
folder and then burn with Roxio.
