Pack and Go not recognized after download

I downloaded the PP viewer and tried to utilize pack and
go, it does not allow the choice to include the viewer in
the file. What am I doing wrong.

Pack and Go uses the old Viewer, available at
http://office.microsoft.com/downloads/2000/Ppview97.aspx. My guess is that
you downloaded the new Viewer which Pack and Go doesn't recognize. Download
the old one and install it. Then PnG will work.
