Pack and Go Wizard

I am using the Pack and Go wizard to put a show together
including the viewer for those who do not have PP. When
I get to the part in the wizrd where it has a radio
button: Don't include viewer
or
Viewer for Microsoft Windows.

The option for MS Windows viewer is not available. It
says to download the viewer then click the button for MS
Windows Viewer, but after I have downloaded it, this is
still not an option. What is the problem??? Thanks for
the help.

You must download the Viewer *and* install it. Double click on the
downloaded file and it will be installed to C:\Program Files\PowerPoint
Viewer.

Sonia, I have a question to tax our brains.

If a user was using, say, PPT 2000, and used Pack and Go, but had
downloaded/installed the *new* Viewer, would they have an option to
include the Viewer? Or does it need the old one? Do you know? (I sure
don't!)
