Do you have PowerPoint installed on your system? If so, go to File > Pack
and Go. But please, first go to Help and do an index search for Pack and Go
and read about it to learn what it is, how to run it, etc.

To save a lot of grief, is there a way we can find out ahead of time if a font
has a built-in copyright restriction? Is there a chart somewhere? I've just
spent a couple of hours researching this, and learned a lot about fonts and
their copyrighting, but so far have not found how to recognize a font with a
built-in copyright restriction.

The Font Properties Extension available at the Typography site will show you
whether a font is embeddable or not. It's not a copyright question, by the
way. For all practical purposes you can consider ALL fonts copyrighted;
some may be freely distributable, most aren't. Assume that you can't give
them away. On the other hand, many allow some level of embedding. That's
really the concern here.

These newsgroups are outstanding for finding sources to answer our questions.
Not sure why I have not seen your pages before. They are amazing! (sample:
http://www.rdpslides.com/pptfaq/FAQ00076.htm). On this one page, I found the
excellent answers to the original question regarding fonts with built-in
copyright restriction.

Not only that, I downloaded the embedded fonts tool, and (in WINNT>Fonts)
instead of just three tabs to find information, there are now 12 tabs. The
Embedding tab gives the definition for the particular font one has chosen to
look at, but all four definition descriptions are right there for reference.

That's not actually a 10% raise.

The figure written on the check is 10% more....But......

we will have to claim back an extra 11% in tax and unpaid back tax, plus
state tax for your region, plus the campaign we ran, went, way way way, over
budget....then there's the tax on the tax.
