Pack for CD multi-file question

PPT 2003. I've created a presentation that branches to 3 other PPTs. Packaged
for CD using Copy to Folder. Launched file via .bat file and everything links
fine, but if I navigate back & forth between the home and the branched files,
multiple instances of the files are opened.
Because of this, when I escape out of the presentation, I have to hit escape
once for each copy opened. Any way to close out all at once or force the
branched files to not open multiple copies?

If you use the linking method as described in this powerpoint linking
tutorial, then the problem goes away. It uses a MASTER and SERVANT model. If
never has more than two presentations open at any one time.

Thanks for the suggestions, but it's likely that 4 presentations will be open
simultaneously. Client wants to go back & forth between them from a bottom
screen navigation area. Guess I'll have to combine the files.
