"Package" appears when trying to link bitmap

Using Access 2007, I am trying to insert a link to bitmap images to a field
in the datasheet view, but the word "package" shows up.

When I go to the form view, the picture doesn't show, just an icon.

What am I doing wrong? Thanks for any help you can provide.
