Package for CD does not include slide master image

I used this feature of powerpoint 2003, everything seems fine, but I am
missing one of the background images which is part of the slide master. How
can I make sure this image gets included in the show, in all the slides?

I've never seen this occur.
How was the image included on the slide background? (Insert/Picture/From
File or Format/Fill Effects/Picture/Backgroud or something else, maybe?)

I have solved the problem. It's not a problem with package for CED. It is
PPTviewer that does not support all image file types, and so I had to convert
many of the images to gif/jpeg and paste them into the presentation again.
Now it works. It would be nice if PPTviewer supported all image formats that
powerpoint itself supports.

So what image format were the images?

If the Viewer doesn't support an image type that PPT itself does, I'd sure
like to know what image type is the problem so I can avoid it!
