Packaging Wizard XP

When I run The Packaging Wizard XP I get a dialog box error that is titled
OFFWH and says Automation Error
Library Is Not Registered.

I have tried registering OFFWH with REGSVR32 and even after this succeeds, i
still get the same error.


Please Help Thank You
