Hi.
I want to make a long word 2000 document (around 70-80 pages) with a
variable background: image-A on even pages and image-B on odd pages.
How can I make it?

Use File>Page Setup>Layout and select different Odd and Even Headers and
Footers. Anchor one image in the even header or footer and the other in the
odd header or footer.
