Page Banner Text in Picture Mode

How do I modify the font of the page banner text when I have selected picture
in the Page Banner Property? I'm using FP2003.

The "Picture" w/ it's text comes from your Theme
Format Theme Modify/Customize Graphics (Font tab) and save as a new theme name, then apply it
