Page border goes off page

On word the page border seems to go off the end of the page. How do I fix it? Is word on my machine not set up right?

I think we need a better description of the problem. Are we talking about
the printed page or the displayed page?
For the first - http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/Formatting/BottomsDontPrint.htm
For the second - Tools > options > view > check white space between pages.
If neither, please explain.
