page border is missing from Art drop button. says cannot install.

Page border selection is not availabe from Art drop down button. says unable
to install when i push none and it asks if I want to install. I put yes and
it runs through the motions and says unable to install????/ Help

You might try asking this in the word.setup.networking or office.setup
newsgroup. Be sure to mention which version of Word and Windows you have.
